In 2015 we took a Builder's Project comprising of 25 identical Duplex Buildings. In excitement we started this project without proper Blueprints and Project Management Tools. What is Building's Clarity Report?

Building Clarity’s Report is a brief descriptive formats comprising of technical blueprints, project management tools, standard operating procedures. These are a building’s must needed planning materials that imparts quality, help saves time & money and most important gives clarity to the Customer. It’s not just basic plans and detailing, it involves a simple approach that a layman can understand and implement over execution time.

Yes the amount you pay to us is 100% refundable on request with in 15 Days of the purchase date. You can send us a refund request over mail at enquiry@mbcr.in or raise support ticket against refund in our website. Absolutely no questions asked.

It would take at least 5 Working Days to send you 5 different conceptual plans via mail. Upon your approval of one conceptual plan that best fits your mind, we will take 20-24 days more to prepare the final report and deliver it to your home. We will try our level best to deliver the final copy of the report within 30 Days of Conceptual Plan Approval. Some additional Volumes of Blueprints like MEP and interior/ exterior may take 30 More days to reach you.

You will only receive the final Building Clarity Report in Hard Copy Format (File Bounded). You will receive a softcopy of the Conceptual Plan in your registered mail ID. Also, you will get access to our online video tutorials on a private platform. No, you won’t receive any soft copy of the report or any part in soft format. In case you miss out on your report, then you can reorder the report by paying us the courier charges only. You can send us request mail for reordering report at enquiry@mbcr.in from your registered mail ID only or raise a support ticket from our website www.mbcr.in

TERMS AND CONDITION

Welcome to MBCR – My Building Clarity Report. By proceeding with your booking for any of the MBCR Packages (Foundry, Elevate, or Pinnacle), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Package Overview
    The Foundry, Elevate, and Pinnacle packages offer varying levels of project support, blueprint detail, and allied services. All services and deliverables are described in your selected package.

  2. Built-Up Area Basis
    All billing is calculated strictly on the confirmed built-up area of your building/project, as measured by MBCR’s technical team or provided authenticated documentation.

  3. Booking & Payment Schedule

    • Booking Amount: Pay a fixed amount as mentioned in the payment gateway link of each package, to confirm your order and initiate service.

    • Measurement & Data Collection Milestone: 30% payment due after MBCR completes the site survey/data collection.

    • Draft Report Submission Milestone: 30% payment due when your Draft Building Clarity Report is delivered for review.

    • Final Delivery: 20% final payment is due before handing over the complete blueprint folder and MBCR deliverables.

  4. Non-Refundable Booking Amount
    The booking amount is non-refundable once MBCR services commence, except in cases of force majeure or as stated in MBCR’s refund policy.

  5. Client Responsibility
    You agree to provide accurate site/building details, drawings, and reasonable access for the MBCR team. Delays due to missing information may affect delivery schedules.

  6. Revisions & Additional Services
    One round of revisions is included as per package. Additional revisions, site visits, or extra services will be billed as per MBCR standard rates unless specified in your package.

  7. Payments & Suspension Policy
    Payments must be made timely at each milestone as per the schedule. MBCR reserves the right to suspend or delay services for missed/late payments.

  8. Privacy & Data Usage
    All client data is processed securely as per MBCR’s Privacy Policy. Building reports, plans, and client information are confidential.

  9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    MBCR may cancel and refund the booking amount only if services cannot be initiated for technical or force majeure reasons. Other refund requests are processed as per the official refund policy.

  10. Acceptance of Delivery Format
    Final Building Clarity Reports will be delivered in the standardized MBCR folder format (A4 print, digital/physical copies as specified).
